Training

WoundMatrix provides on-site and virtual training services. WoundMatrix Enterprise customers may require training and expert knowledge transfer from qualified and certified instructors on: interface engine migrations, functionality reviews of new interface engine releases, and implementations of WoundMatrix and HL7 updates.

Support

WoundMatrix also provides end-user training materials in the form of Computer Based Video Tutorials (CBVT's) customized to a client's environment and processes and then pre-installs them as part of the WoundMatrix Enterprise application installation.

Comprehensive monitoring of the run-time status of systems and interfaces within an interfacing environment. Our WoundMatrix support links watch over critical elements such as disk space usage, processor utilization, network connectivity, queue sizes, and more.
